Can I facilitate for Leadership Edge Live?

You bet! We need to certify all facilitators for Leadership Edge Live as they are representing our brand, but we are open to having additional facilitators for Leadership Edge Live. LFC Directors and Partners have their choice of sessions.

We compensate our facilitators for Leadership Edge Live sessions. The amount is based on the previous month's paid subscriptions.

Facilitators will be paid $1 for all paid subscriptions of the previous month for all sessions they teach. We will pay a minimum of $50 per session and a maximum of $200 per session.

For example, let's say in March, we had 125 paid subscriptions to Leadership Edge Live. So, in April, all 30-minute sessions taught will be paid out at $125. This amount changes each month until Leadership Edge Live has over 200 paid subscribers.

In exchange, the facilitator will:

• Arrive for their session 10 minutes prior to the session start for pre-session checks
• Facilitate the session with excellence and passion
• Support any needed learning events related to their course
• Answer any questions during and after the session for participants
• Cover one hour of coaching office hours for each session they facilitate
