How do I develop a course for Leadership Edge Live?

Here is the process to develop a course for Leadership Edge Live:

  1. Topic area is assigned and starter content is provided (if available) [Shawn]
  2. Review starter content and conduct research [Instructional Designer]
  3. In a separate document, create the course description, learning objectives, audience overview, session descriptions, session reflection questions, and session bridge assignments. [Instructional Designer]
  4. Complete the Leadership Edge Live Course Description form. [Instructional Designer]
  5. Review and approve of the course description documentation [Director of Instructional Design]
  6. Upon approval, design PowerPoint slides for all sessions. Use the approved Leadership Edge Live PowerPoint template as a foundation. Do not spend time on graphics or images. [Instructional Designer]
  7. Submit all slides to the LFC Graphic Design team using the LFC Project Portal. [Instructional Designer]
  8. Complete the graphic enhancement on all slides and notify when the slides are ready in the LFC Project Portal. [LFC Graphic Design team]
  9. Review the slides after graphic enhancement is complete. [Instructional Designer]
  10. Send final slides to the Director of Instructional Design for review and approval. [Instructional Designer]
